Presentation
Rare plants, phreatic springs and ancient woodland: the Taubergiessen nature reserve is France's second-largest sanctuary (after the Camargue) for species of hibernating birds. The reserve covers a total area of 1,682 hectares, of which 997 belong to the French village of Rhinau.
